It was a very easy and sraight forward programme to follow, and a good up date to previous training that I've received in the past.

The programme was easy to use and easy to understand and very good overall . what hit home mostly is how easy you could injure your back and a little thought in whatever you are doing may prevent injuring yourself.

Training was straight to the point and interesting. a modern approach to health & safety which can sometimes be a boring subject

it served what it was needed for. just needed speeding up a bit. like all training i think real class room stuff is better

Not as interesting as the Fire Awareness training but does get the message across. It reminded me about a few basic things that i had forgotten so i guess you could say that it was useful.

Really liked the session which help me in my everyday life

The Training Programme challenged my knowledge and made me more aware of the health and safety risks in a workplace. This has really benefited me as I can also use the material for future reference. I thoroughly enjoyed going through the manual handling and the fire hazards as well as having the training programme set up clearly.
