Fair- covered all the points concisely

Advice on gripping load seems wrong. Having palms diagonally across load is fine for light loads but may not provide enough support for heavier loads as upper hand takes no weight.

Clear and simple to follow

Instructions very clear and very imformative

Very clear and informative.

I found the presentation very clear and easy to follow. The videos and animations were informative and unamiguous. This was a pleasant change from both printed sheets and powerpoint presentations. I particularly liked the on-line option of logging in or out as time / workload permitted.

Very clear information, it made me consider my role and where I need to imrove my manual handling. I have even enquired about getting a trolley to move our art equimpment.

Very helpful guide to safe lifting

Practical and no-nonsense. However, I think more time could have been devoted to the third section -- the one on manual handling itself -- and less to the vox pop at the start. I was taking typed notes, and I had to play the central videos two or three times to get everything written down. Without the written notes, I would have remembered all about the woman who lifted the dogfood and the woman who puled down the box she believed was empty, but would have forgotten some of the safe-handling steps. A pause button would also have helped.

It was very good and easy to understand

Easy to understand with adequate reapiting of the main important points and keeping it interesting all the time.I would have liked to now before starting the proximate time required to do the training.

Screens kept freezing making it hard to answer some of the questions as I had not seen the pictures or video. I completed all 3 sections but it only it only showed I had completed 1.

well presented and informative

The detail was just about right. It was good to be learn about the mechanics of the back as well as techniques required to lift and carry
