The training was quite good but I felt that programme spent too much time explaining what will be featured in the following chapters.

As the owner of a bad back I could have used this information & training 30 years ago. Now you have made it user friendly,informative and quick to take on the information needed to work safely. Thank You

Good information and able to be applied to many different workplaces. The programme was a good length and did not give lots of detail that wasn't relevant. It was clear to understand and explained the concepts in concise manner but without being condescending. Fully recommend this programme as a training aid.

A bit long and time consuming however literature provided is good and easy to memorise. Needs to be a bit more short and to the point.

some questions in the test were either ot covered or were brushed over very quickly - a little unfair and very off putting
