The training programme is too long and does not hold the viewer attention. Personally I feel that some of the content is overkill.

I found this course useful and interesting

It would be better if the potential answers to the mutliple choice questions were all in reasonably plausible rather than often wasted. Also, sometimes, while it is usually obvious which answer is required, that does not mean to say that the required answer is always strictly speaking correct. It might also help if a section were included on common difficulties people encounter in attempting to apply the principles and techniques covered in practice in daily life and how to resolve them.

I thought this programme was excellent and clear.

video was easy to listen too, and not overloaded with to much information

Clearly explained with good demonstrations and overviews.

Whilst a good training course there were too many videos which repeated information very slowly. The summary video pages with numbered action points to follow were very helpful. Sometimes it stated the obvious - but any reminders to keep our backs 'safe' and healthy is always good.

Opens ones eye to the possibility of hurting yourself.

The programme was easy to follow with clear instructions how to navigate round the different subjects to complete the training. Liked the fact you could re-cap over subjects if needed.

Fantastic way to do training at home or the workplace.
