I was very impressed in the way in which the training was structured

COULD BE A LITTLE CLEARER AS THERE ARE A LOT OF ILLUSTRATIONS GOING ON WITH EACH PAGE

Problem with online courses no physical experience

Great course, straight to the point makes you more confident if there was a fire at work.

As an overview/introduction to the theory it was good. It still might have been useful to actually do some manual handling to put it in to practice with an expert.

The programme was easy to use and the prompts guided you through the sections well. The test was straightforward and I liked the fact that you could retake the test without going through the whole training again.

I found that the program was very informative and gave clear instructions as to what to do in the case of an emergency.

Health and saftey has gone OTT in the uk but this will help people with there normal lives and prevent back injurys which I know can be very painfull and expensive with the time off required to recover. Well worth the 45 minutes it took to do
