Apart from the very long-winded introduction it was presented well and covered nearly everything. As a tchnician we also have to move things from underneath desks but that wasn't in there. Also can you change the spelling of Hinchingbrook to Hinchingbrooke which is correct. Thank you.

This programme is good and does teach all aspects of fire safety and manual handling. Although they're not the most exciting subjects going and it's hard to engage people whilst teaching them, This is the best program i've used before. it was more engaging and different to the rest. I did skip some of it though as it was stuff i already know.

Found this very useful

Made me more aware to think before lifting anything whether be in workplace or outside. Very useful as that will now be in my head before I actually lift any item whether it be heavy or light.

Quick Detailed Imformative

The DVD was well presented, professional and easy to understand. The step-by-step process is simple and logical. The videos are very detailed and informative. The test at the end is good. The random generation of questions prevents it becoming easier with multiple attempts. Very good informative DVD overall.

Straight forward, and easy to follow

It shows/tells us to plan our route when carring loads and to prop doors open. Fire doors should never be proped open?
