this is common sense
This programme is very compact, but it does make you really think about the situation not just in the workplace but whereever you are.
good use of resource and I can take it when I have time and tepet the session as much times as I want. But would prefer having it with a person so I could ask questions etc..
Basic important instructions to handling everyday loads, everywhere, in complete safety for individuals
This is a programme accessible to people doing manual handling in a range of contexts. The audioo and visual information is easy to understand. However, for people with previous experience there could be made available a fast track version.
I found this a very informative lesson. All of the slides were easily followed with all of the information needed to enable you to move objects easily and without injury.
Very informative and has made me think twice above manual handling and the best way to go about lifting etc and the impact it has
The one thing I really liked was how easy it was to do the training, the fact you could go at your own pace and make notes before moving on to the next part.
After going through the notes everything just seemed to drop into place, it was all common sense.
