I found that this training was very useful and that I would be able to implement easily within the workplace.

Informative but too long and because of that it tended to be a bit boring

Very good course for people working in a commercial setting but not so good for a residential home.

Clear view of how to approach manual handling . Good descriptive narrative , covering the points of what and what not to do when moving objects.

Good programme but question footwear of the girl working with a trolley of potentially heavy load.

I have completed many M & H training sessions and considered this as probably the best refresher course. I should have got nearly 100% if not for the fact that in the test the programme took a few answers before I had placed the curser in the correct place thereby giving me a wrong answer 3 times. I don't know if this was a fault of the programme of my unfamiliarity with the laptop's touch control.

Staight forward and easy to undertand and apply principles
