would be better if you could pause a slide rather than having to watch it again if you get intrerrupted

This training session was very informative, easy to follow and understand. I ithought the presenter spoke very clearly and the video demonstrations were excellent.

All correct information, but a liitle too repeatitive for my liking of concepts that were perhaps not difficult to grasp.

A very comprehensive approach to manual handling. Information was easy to understand and was pitched appropriately. Paced sufficiently to follow.

Knowing you have a test at the end, certainly focuses the mind! The programme is visual and easy to follow

Useful to complete this training online, however it is difficult to complete in one go with work commitments and customers to attend to. The intermittent nature of this training therefore made it difficult especially as I work part-time.

Safe handling could be done properly in a much shorter time, its packed with a lot of talking and you do not need to know how your back bone is structured to be able to lift safely.

This was a very easy way of reminding myself about manuel handling
