I found this training programme easy to access and understand. I found it particularly useful as I have suffered from back strain for many years and was in fact absent from work earlier this year with a slipped disc which was due to back lifting at home so this training has been invaluable for me to ensure I keep my back healthy in the future.

Easy to understand and informative in an interesting way which makes the learning process enjoyable

on the final test if you click on a icon & then change your mind you are unable to go onto a different answer- therefore failing that question

If methods shown are followed most tasks are a lot easier to complete. The training makes you think to apply the techniques in every day life ffor a easy any hopefully pain free life life.

While watching videos is very easy to do, it unfortunately isn't that great from a learning point of view. A more interactive approach to learning, so that viewers see the benefits from cause and effect would be better in my opinion

It's very different from having an instructor go through the course with you, but it was not bad.
