very easy to follow and held my interest

I have completed manual handing training on a number of occasions, including one session in the last month. I found this method of training and testing a refreshing change from those I have received in the past.

Very easy to follow and well explained

This was a very interesting and accessible programme which was easy to follow and understand. No jargon which was great! each of the component areas of the training was interesting. Thank you.

informative and good

i tthought this programme was very good

5/5
clear, helpful and understandable

Interesting, instructive and easy to remember the vital details: namely HOW to do WHAT and WHEN. The physiological WHYs are interesting, but could be downplayed in the test, in my opinion, as they don't contribute to safe Manual Handling (e.g. what is a sprain?). Otherwise well done.

i found it overall very good but did find when first starting it up that 2 voices start talking over each other ,

4/5
Very informative

I found the video clear and very easy to understand

5/5
It was good but quite long

Some of the area that were being shown were coomon sense techniques, however I know it is important to lift safely. I liked the use of people in the video aswell as text as it made it more viewer friendly.

4/5
It's ok but not very accessible for all

The computer programme is very clear and easy to follow but you can't take away from a practical demonstration. The computer programme does not lend itself to being able to remember any of the information once it is completed as it has no hands on practical demonstration to follow.
