Good video, explanation and examples
Very straight forward and understandable. And bit of a faux pas with the lady not wearing safety shoes, despite the section going on about foot damage when lifting from a table....and references to "common sense"? Not teachable!
I found it easy to use.
some of the chapters seemed to drag on a bit.
It could have been much shorter to do. There was no way to pause it. Many of the questions at the end were too easy with stupid answers making the real answer obvious.
Worthwhile to remind people of basic sense and simple reminders for lifting
Good programme, easy to follow the my only concern is that the personnel interviews are a little to long therefore take up to much of the session, i'd like to see more information on the effects on the body.
As stated the instructions were easy to understand , and the whole programme got across the points it needed .Does the job required of it.

The training programme was really useful to ensure I don't get hurt at work or indeed anywhere in the future.
