The use of headphones to have to listen to The Man is somewhat inconvenient, as the headphone cable is a little short and as such, I may have put undue amounts of pressure on my back. Maybe the addition of a subtitle option would be useful so that you can read what The Man is saying.

What could be more dull than Manual Handling training? Yet, this was meaningful, relevant and concise - about as good as you could get, considering the medium and the subject. My only concern is taht I found it awkward to pause the programme which, unfortunately, I had to do quite often.

This was really informative however most of the content was common sense. A good refresher overall if you are someone that does a lot of heavy lifting

The programme gets across the message in an interesting manner without all of the waffle that normally goes with this type of course. I for one will be rolling it out on my projects interspersing it with some on-site practicle exercises and follow up toolbox talk.

JUST WISH THE MANAGERS WOULD EXPECT US TO WORK TO THIS, AND NOT KEEP MAKING US CARRY HEAVY LOADS LONG DISTANCES.

the programme was simple to use, good that you could go back to sections and listen again if you are un-sure, all clear speaking and not complicated.

A good course

My particular work role involves moving sample cartons from my lock up to my car. Although I use a trolley from one to the other, I still have to on & off load, so your video has been useful. And obviously it helps in non work related situations.
