Informative, easy to understand and user friendly.

THIS TRAINING PROGRAMME WAS ONE of the very best i have used.

I found it easy to use and informative

The programme was well structured with clear and precise instructions. Easy to follow and seemed to cover the subject well. The test at the end was not too difficult and quite fun to complete and it was good that it could be retaken in order to gain a 100% pass.

Very informative and easy to follow. Clearly explained and good videos to see what is actually required of you using the correct techniques.

Directions during and between sessions are very clear for all levels of understanding

Like the fact that it is broken down into small sections. It gives clear guidelines which should be able to be understood by everyone. The fact that there are videos showing exactly what to do also ensures good understanding.Having an expert to give facts supports the arguments.

I thought the programme was interesting and educational. Each section flowed in a well structured manner and summarised after it was completed. The way that the short videos were shown, in little segments, helped me take in the information easily with not too much overload. The examples of people carrying out the correct handling helped me to visualise the movements much better.

Although this is common sense, it's surprising what you dont do??? Good idea to do this

The system was very easy to use but because it seemed very long and drawn out concentration starts to waiver.
