This is a good way to do the training without requiring other staff to take time out to deliver it, and covers the basics well.

This is a good programme for general manual handling awareness, but more specific training is needed for the different workplace scenarios

A very concise, informative and interactive way to show the importance of manual handling in the workplace.

Not a bad way to understand Manual Handling, but some parts went over and over the same points especially in the video case studies.

It would be better if the training could be paused if necessary, rather than having sections which constantly needed a mouse click to continue.

Clear, concise, use of CGI to demonstrate the actual impact on the body was not something I had come across before but worked very well.

was good to understand why i get abit of back pain and this shows the correct way to move items. it is also something i will concntrate on more at home and not just in the workplace.

Not only did the training give clear and helpful guidance and advice about manual handling but it explained why it is important to use good practice when lifting objects and parcels.

PRESENTED VERY WELL AND USE FRIENDLY. THERE WERE A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS THAT WERE NOT EASY BECAUSE THE INFORMATION WAS A BIT BRIEF IN THE COURSE.
