I found it very easy to understand and very informative, But on the computer I was using it froze a few times

clear, concise and easy to follow however, loading time was really slow and quite frustrating. Also had to refresh when frozen and as a result had to start all over again as lost my progress!

I think it was good, very informative. I thought it could be shorter. I didn't need to hear longwinded accounts of how particular individuals hurt themseleves - these could be cut down entirely, or even be spoken about hypothetically. I would also like a summary at the start of all the main points of information that would be covered. I think right at the start of a new task you're more ready to absorb information. So this is the best time to crash through key points to remember, e.g. use your feet to turn, close to the body, 1 to 10, 1 and a third for 2 people, 1 and a half for 3 people, etc. Then do the intro, the videos and the tests. Maybe thats just me though. 😊 Great product! [I do not give permission to be quoted anywhere please.]

The programme was very easy to understand, easy to access, clear and concise. The questions at the end of each section was a nice review and the videos were in manageable chunks. It was very helpful to be able to re-take the tests (for example if you made stupid mistakes).

The training video was quite slow paced - if it could be quicker and not as time consuming it would be not as boring! In saying that I learnt a lot of information on Manual Handling. Thanks
