There's no need to keep telling me what I'm going to learn - I'd rather you got to the point and told me what I needed to know. Found myself falling asleep half way through.

Learned a lot about the Manual Handling in the Work Place

This training was very good to me because it was my first time doing it. I found it very important to everyone who's about to carry any load because it helps on how to take care of your body,there are small things that i usually don't notice but from now on i will notice since i have taken this training and it's important for everyones health and safety.

Very useful with good use of videos to demonstrate the various techniques.

Although much of it is common sense I did learn a few things. It is always useful to brush up on health and safety issues as it makes you more aware of potential dangers and how to avoid them

in a world of imperfect human beings and an understanding of the human brain and memory fuction that is still flawed and mostly theoretical, it is ridiculous to expect someone to adequately absorb the droning rambling work irrelevant facts presented in these tests. A test passed does not mean a lesson learned it merely means a question can be answered minutes after being told the answer. nothing more.
