Basic and can be used for any general staff, more specialized roles need a more in depth programme
Good course however the provision of subtitles would be usefull.
For those employees who have never experienced manual handeling training this is a good and informative dvd. For those who have gone through the training before, either with Rotork or with their previous employers it is a good reminder of how easy it is to be negligent in looking after our backs by not lifting properly.
A face to face course would be far more beneficial as Moving and Handling is a practical exercise. I do not think an online course is adequate.
