Interesting diagrams of Back-bone configuration. Not overly patronising. Went a bit quick on "Strain vs Sprain" and "multiple lift calcs" ie: 1+1/3 1+ 1/2... Great tip re "testing" loads before lifting.
This course was informative & useful; it will be of relevance to me both at work and in other situations.
Never assume you always do it right, ask people with back damage how it affects their social, leisure and working lives. This helps you prevent it.

Basic and can be used for any general staff, more specialized roles need a more in depth programme
Good course however the provision of subtitles would be usefull.
