Clear, easy and consise

Enjoyable not too long

Was good to refresh learning about keeping safe whilst manual handling at work.

Isn't an on-line course for Manual Handling something of an oxymoron ?

This programme was easy to follow and very informative. Ability to go back to review areas was helpful as was the one question at the end of each section.

The programme was interesting, took up enough time to cover all bases but not to over burden staff. The speach was clear and the acting and images assisted in understanding of the material.

This training does make you more aware of the injuries which can occur whilst lifting heavy objects, and assists on how to do this correctly.

The training was delivered in a manner which was very clear and easily understood.

Good overview of manual handling with clear guidance. Use of videos and bullet points makes things easy.

I found this training session very well structured and very interactive. All messages were clear and unambiguous. I completed this early in the morning before the office became busy to avoid disruptions. Excellent!
