I'm a visual learning so the videos helped.
A very useful DVD which gives the user knowledge to put into practice when performing manual handling not only in the workplace but at home and at leisure also.
It was very comprehensive
Protecting ones back is top priority when lifting any object, in order to avoid long term complications.The video also sent a message to get help if there was any doubt. A good exercise in basic health and safety.

This was ok as a theoretical starting point but Manual Handling is practical so I don't think it is ever sufficient to read about it without doing. Thought information was not really very detailed and could have at least shown more video scenarios.
I think most of it is common sense which any adult should really have anyway. The whole thing was drawn out. The Conclusion did not give me any information at all. Hearing how other people hurt themselves was of no interest to me.
