Gets the message across effectively but too much 'waffle'!!!
Throughout my career I must have had more awareness training on "Manual Handling" than I have had hot breakfasts.
I intended to print out the Powerzone chart as suggested but got no prompt prior to logging off. otherwise a comprehensive guide,
Great for future reference as it is your own body, this is to be pass to others as well many thank to the team.
Good training but could do with a pause button.
you did have to click through a lot of different pages. I appreiate that this may have been to ensure we kept concentrating but there coudl have been a few less
