The programme was easy to work through stage by stage. Comprehensively gave a good understanding of the dangers placed on the body by incorrect manual handling and the consequences. It also gave well illustrated and memorable directions on how to avoid accidents.
I have been a trainer of manual handlingas part of my role as Health and safety rep and i feel that this video is very basic. There was to much emphasis on the spinal cord and medical references. Why i should i be tested on spinal injuries is totallly beyond me.... Keep it to Lifting correctly.
I was very dissappointed with the fact that I had specifically wrote down a fact thinking it could come up in the test. It actually was one of the questions and I knew it was right because of this yet when I put in that answer it said it was wrong.
easy to us
Interesting programme, well presented in easily digestible chunks.
I found the training programme very informative, easy to understand and follow, and enjoyable.
How to make something that can be conveyed in 10 minutes last 5 times longer. There are two parts to any class - (a) conveying the facts and (b) helping to stick those facts into the students' minds. Dragging it out fails on both counts.
The information was presented in a simple and clear format. It was easy to understand and I felt that the important points were stressed .
The format was user friendly and the visuals of the skeletal system were very good - I never quite understood what a spinal disc looked like - now I know. Thank you
Rather condescending - a few valid points but the rest too basic.
