The information was presented in a simple and clear format. It was easy to understand and I felt that the important points were stressed .

Manual Handling program is very necessary, teaches how to safely handled with defeat heavy objects.This program takes care of our health and safety, this is very important .

Manual handling in business can sometimes have a time factor and it is easy to take short cuts when a job has to be carried out in a speedy manner. It is not always possible to get help from another work colleague or find a trolley! However, the training was very good and it shows everybody the correct way to carry out manual handling.

I quite enjoyed the programme - not too long - easy to follow without being too simplistic and therefore boring. No, I think the balance was about right.
