The tutorial was very good but i think it would benefit from a practical exercise to ensure the steps learnt are put into practice,
Easy to do and not as time consuming as attending a course.Effective at getting some simple points across with clear illustrations However I found it repeated itself too much, which was irritating We only need to be told once how much time is lost through back injuries or that we can apply the same principles to our homelife.It could have been completed in less time.
