i feel this updated version is alot more enjoyable than previous years. I do however think that a few questions are phrased in a difficult manner.

A great little course, even though I have my IOSH and am an ex-fire fighter it still imparted knowledge that I had either forgotten or never knew !

I found that this programme was informative and straight to the point with clear information. It is easy for beginners and advanced users alike to use. an excellent learning aid.

Very useful

Good presentation and very good graphics to demonstrate how your back/spine works when lifting. Just the right length and easy to follow.

Content good but I was prevented from doing the course when required by the lack of subtitles. The courses are often undertaken in an open plan workplace where the sound function cannot be used. This was disappointing to me and meant that I could not complete the course in the timescale required by my employer.

The training covers the most important aspects of manual handling. I personally found it quite useful.

Important to know the correct way of handling any item/furniture in and out of the home

Easy to follow with thorough information which was to the point. Simple presentation and test.

Excellent Training Module. Clear, concise and informative.
