A comprehensive guide to safe handling a

I found this to be easy to follow, informative and well explained in sections that weren't too long. The inclusion of test questions meant I could check my learning and review a section if necessary.

A great shortish programme which tells you all you need to know about manual handling and the best ways to avoid injury.

it was very interesting as I suffer from back issues and will start to put these techniques into practice

Well-delivered, succinct and educational

Two words stand out when I think of the CCNSG course... John Somerville. To my relief he cut through the nonsense (group hugs etc.) and got straight to the point; Health and Safety! He followed up material with past incidents and anecdotes as examples to complete the picture. His understanding of the Law and Engineering is profound. I would be happy to recommend the course to colleagues so long as there is a John Somerville at the helm!
