A particular question re: tendons and ligaments is always incorrect, despite alternating the answer.!!
All in all the programme teaches exactly what is required, The videos are very informative and help you to understand what is needed.
A good programme - makes you think about all aspects of your health and lifestyle, not just work related.
I did not have any of the videos/pictures and completed the training on the subtitles alone. I am sure it would have been a better training experience with theses.
I found the programme very informative with a lot of useful information. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because I feel it would have been better if there was a pause button while some of the videos were playing instead of having to let it play out and then repeat that short video again and it would have been better if the window could have been full screen.
I found the combination of figures and humans easy to understand. It all followed on nicely and logically. Short concise points made it easy to remember the content.
Enjoyable and informative. This training was flexible for doing different modules at a time that suits the trainee. Diagrams (particularly the moving diagram of the spine ) illustarted the narritive well. Useful refresher in an appropriate format.
Helpful for work and home.
Very informative and thorough. The CD format was very easy to use and the demo videos where excellent. It was also very helpfull that I could do the test and print the certificate myself. It really was to the point and hassle free.
