The videos were glipping a bit and i had to use the subtitles which i read through quicker than the video but was interesting. Maybe they could show more computer generated people to demonstrate poor technique as well.

Although i believe that it is a good educational tool for learning i felt that it was a little bit to time consuming for me as i feel it wold be better as an power point presentation as i feel you learn more and tend to retain knowledge better by reading it your self this is only my own opinion of this as i prefer to do courses this way as i dont always have the time in this profession to take time out to sit and watch videos as other things tend to take priority over this type of training

Good and informative, easy to understand..

Candidates should be advised to find a quiet place away from the office to take the test.

Needs backing up with some practical training 20 - 30 mins shoudl do this and would give the opportunity for questions. Especially for those who have to undertake Manual Handling duties within their roles.

I was asked the exact same question twice, with a different 'correct answer' each time. It was the question, 'what is a strain?', the first time I selected the answer 'damage and tearing to muscle tissue' (or something similar, can't remember exactly). It told me I was wrong and instead highlighted 'damage to ligaments' as the correct answer. Later in the test I was asked the exact same question, so this time I selected the ligament answer and it again told me I was wrong, and that the correct answer was muscle damage/tearing. Luckily I still passed with those 2 answers marked incorrect or I would have been pretty annoyed!

I thought it was easy to understand well put together

I enjoyed this e learning course and found it user friendly and easy to follow. I liked that after the training I was able to print a copy of my Certificate for my training file.
