Instructions easy enough to use and ability for retest welcome

Very clear and informative

I found the programme concise and easy to follow. It was also informative and emphasized the relevant points very clearly indeed. The presentation was very professional. All in all a very worthwhile experience.

I found it very useful being shown how to lift/bend etc. Some of it was common sense but other things were useful to know too

This training program should be followed up by a practical session relevant to the tasks to be encountered in our job.

Videos took too long to load up and course content was a bit basic but still learnt new things.

ok course but prefer to be on course with person approach as can focus better and seem to learn better
