Clear instructions, easy to follow and remember. Good sense.

Each section could be condensed with some of the very basic information removed to reduce the overall time it takes to complete the sessions.

This has been a refresher of similar courses that I have completed before a usefull refresher

Thought it was good and knowledgeable but the sound was a little distorted.

a realy good programme witch I enjoyed doing,

It takes way too long to load each clip, it starts and stops as you go through so you never have a full section delivered in one go which causes frustration. It can stop as many as 8 times in one clip. This makes training which is essential feel like a waste of resources when there is so much other work to do. It is not a time efficient way to train because of this problem. It is far quicker to just read the subtitles, which is a shame as this style of learning could be so effective and flexible otherwise. Please do not publish my review.

Will recommend all staff complete this training. Liked facts, expert input from physio, easy to follow, good questions, made me think, visuals helpful
