very clear and informative however hindered somewhat by contiuous stops and starts with the videos ,this could well be the fault of the computer system here !
Simple and interactive, easy to use, quick and relative.
I find this type of assessment, carried out at me desk with all the day to day hubub carrying on around you frustrating. On a course or even in a quiet room would be preferabal to the mind nummingly tedious pages i had to try to concentrate on in the working environment.
A clear concise course presenting both practical and medical awareness of the importance of correct manual handling
The course was interesting and relevant, clearly written and presented. I did find not being able to go back to the DVD and print out my certificate or even see my previous course results very frustrating and unhelpful, so if you could change that, I'd be delighted!

Simple instructions and easy to follow, with good basic information to get through the test
It is a very helpful programme and it makes you think twice before you do something that can damage your back badly.
Too much reading and the interaction is too slow.
The training is very easy to follow (too easy). I liked the idea that it is suggested in the training that this knowledge is not only for the work situations, but for the life. We need healthy nation which can manage great projects!
