Clear and concise. Short sections making it easy to get the required information on board.

Fine - easy to understand

Very useful information wasprovide that can be put into practice both inside & outside of the workplace.

Good training session which covers the reasons behind using the methods and giving 2 examples stresses the points too.

It was a good program, the only trouble is when you have done many of these training courses it is too easy to switch off.

Given that the videos and information provided were of an acceptable standard the questionnaire could have been a bit more challenging, all round a reasonable course though.

I found the training programme was helpful and informative but was a bit too long and touched on subjects that should be common sense

The training was really enlightening but the only difficulty I had was the system kept stopping and I lost my train of thought

I found the programme to be very relevant and well presented in a way which made it easy to understand in terms of how you carry out manual handling and why. I particularly liked the medical aspect as this really brought the message home.
