All the information was relevant. It was very informative especially explaining what causes back issues. Only thing I would say is that it does not explain what good posture is in a normal sitting position, as it is mentioned this should be relevant.
Simple video clips which explain the issues clearly with a question and answer session at the end. Some of the questions could be more precisely worded.
