The essential info is good. But the whole thing is padded out too much and some of the points made are patronising at any level.

Makes you think before lifting and doing damage to you back
It was very interesting to find out just how easy it is to end up with a bad back
Very useful , makes you stop and look at the job before lifting
Very good but far too slow could and should be completed in half the time at least, i nearly gave up as it was so slow to load each section.
The program was easy to use, very visual and all the information was there.
The Training site was very good
Easy to understand and all areas of lifting and carrying were covered.
Some of it is common sense but there were quite a few things I didn't know until I did this course even though I have done other manual handling training.
