Excellent course, very easy to follow.
Great idea for training, all the knowledge is now firmly lodge in my brain, I will be able to put this to use every day
Was irritating having to click after every video, why not join them up more? Felt patronised at times and there could have been more about warm up exercises which one could do at a desk or at home while relaxing. Give more figures around costs to businesses and personal impact on lives after an accident. Similarly, would have been good to have more info around looking after the rest of your body, rather than just your back.
Good use of videos and information. As I was at work subtitles would have been good as I did not want to disturb other office users
The training programme was very informative and educational as well. I liked the fact it didn't just concentrate on the workplace but also on manual handling in all aspects of everyday life - at home and at work

A simple and easy to understand programme to promote health and safety

I am sure it is worthwile BUT It takes a long time to complete, getting all the staff to remember to go back to do this will not be easy.
