I found one of the question ambiguous as it mentioned a strain, where you over do something and a sprain is where you injury something.

I found it very useful and it taught me a few things I did not know about the pressure that is put on the spine when lifting.

I prefer visual and written information, as it helps me to understand. There were also no headphones available so I could not receive full information. For future improvement- give an choice of subtitles.

This training was good, not too long and made interesting. I was applicable to my job and home life too.

Done it before in May. Exactly the same again becomes a little tedious.
