Informative and easy to follow online course. Very user friendly with clear instructions of where to click and what section is next. All instructions were clear and easy to understand and the questions after each section and test at the end keep you on your toes!

This kept me interested throughout/ The information regarding the physiology of the spine was fascinating as well as informative. Maybe show more video of how babies lift things, this would help people realise that they once lifted 'naturally' and any issues regarding bad posture are learnt habits that can be improved.

Surprising how if not trained correctly, how easy it can be to cause severe damage to yourself. The program and test seems to have been easy enough to remember for future use
