gives good guidence and video footage of all manual handling aspects with a good test at the end to challange your knowledge
The operatives understood the video and the message and all scored 100% on the test so I know that they paid attention and didnt let thier mids wander
I learnt a couple of things I didnt know, so useful
The program effectively makes one aware of ones responsibilities to co workers welfare and the potential frailty of the human anatomy.
Overall programme was very good but the audio was intermittant and crackly.
The course is good it addresses most of the situation that the average person will encounter at home and at work however there was no mention of ladders or platform which I have had to carry and used.
Not too long and a good summary of learning needs
I enjoyed the DVD i didn't realise that you could damage your back so easily by doing one wrong move. Now i'll be assesing every thing i move & lift i've learnt alot from the DVD thanks.
