I found the Programme easy to complete as it provides all elements of information to remind people of how to take care of themselves whilst taking actions of manual handling.

EXPLAINED WELL

The Manual Handling in the Workplace programme engages the trainee on a one to one basis and allows you to skip back if you are unsure or would like a refresher before taking the test. The training is easy to follow, interesting and good value for money. This will be a great asset to our business as we are able to train 100 people and help keep them safe.

I found it very slow but understand the reasons for that. Only real comment, after the initial intro and when the Main Menu appears on the screen there are no clear instructions to show where the 'student' should go. After a few seconds I could see the list of sections/topics on the left hand side of the screen and simply clicked the first, but I think this may cause a few problems for some. I have provided detailed instructions for my staff.

Easy listening, everyday examples given. You think you know what to do, but after watching the excersise , you realise for your own safety, you are not as knowledgable as you think you are. Learnt a lot in just over half an hour.

Interesting learning about back- the medical bit- got my attention because it started with interviews. One of the most interesting ones!
