The test and program was easy to use and follow and didn't take too much time to complete.
Easy to use program and clear videos for illustration.
A very informative training DVD. Unfortunately, due to individual certificate print outs, Multiple team members have to sit the test seperately, increasing time. Apart from that. Very good. Many thanks.
