This was good for hearing people but not so good for Deaf people like me because it has no subtitles Despite this I am pleased I passed scoring 90% and getting on 2 questions wrong.
I found this training easy to understand, enjoyable and informative
definately usefull training.
The succinct mix of video, audio and questions was well pitched and combined to create an accessible course in understanding basic manual handling and theory.
Like the other programmes this was easy to follow with clear demonstrations via video and pictures. The Powerzone Chart is interesting to keep for future use.
