Long winded with too many interviews.
Prefer a practical course with real world examples and participation from the audience so you can physically lift loads and practice techniques. Then this will be remembered easily, as online course for this sort of think don't work in the real world.
Having recently been on a CCNSG course and working at height, both state that 3 points of contact must be maintined while climbing and you should not under any circumstance carry objects in your hands no matter how heavy. Where as your lessons state that a max of 10Kgs is ok??
The step by step video is very clear and easy to follow. It would be better if we can print out a note of the steps. Overall, it is good!
I found this training programme very useful, it was a good reminder of how we should use it for everything we do and not just at work.
