Each section was very explanatary and easy to understand, and was very useful to know.
The child lifting at the end kept my attention - why not use it more ?
Section 1, the average person does not need to know the specifics of the spine and parts that make it, nor do they need to know what injuries can occur, only that an injury can occur. This will lead to workers self diagnosing from any pain or discomfort they incur rather than letting a trained medical worker diagnosing the problem.
Good Theory base for Manual Handling, especially if you already know what you're doing. Because of our exclusion criteria at this hospital its fine for working here.

Easy to follow & understand
The Manual Handling course was informative and well presented. It explained the process clearly and in such a way that did not feel like learning. I enjoyed this far more than other Manual Handling training I have completed previously.
