A very useful support for all people in all areas of employment. The facility for subtitles as well as an audio-presentation was particulalrly helpful for consolidation of learning.

The explanations are very clear and it is easy to follow the whole training step by step. It's not too long either but covers everything needed.

Told me the key points, but personally failed to get my attention. Tedious film clips, maybe some interactive screens between clips would keep you occupied, but also help absorb the key information.
A basic tour of manual handling - I would appreciate some FAQ section e.g. what should you do if you have painful knees? etc.

I found this programme very helpful as a refresher as everyone is guilty of not manual handling in the correct way on occasions. I don't do much manual handling in my current role but it was interesting.
I found this course content to very informative, and presented in manageable bit sizes getting across the importance of lifting and moving object in a safe and secure manner.
