I have watched many manual handling DVD's over the years, and this was most definitely the best, clear, concise, and informative.

Very clear training, easy to understand

This training was short but exceedingly informative, and gives a very good insight into why we should do the correct procedures. I only wish I had seen this 45 years ago. My previous trainings have told us what to do, but not why!! Well done.

In theory good. I have dodgy knees which means if I bend I have to push off from the floor with my hands. I would not be able to lift a box from the floor in a bend your knees position, please could you advise on this. Ask a friend to help? Maybe this could be mentioned in the course as I am sure I am not the only one with this problem.

Showed the best techniques for manual handling & showed people who had suffered injuries (inside and outside the workplace), so that it made it more real!

I have completed many Manual Handling courses to date and this was very informative and easy to complete . Particularly like the accompanying video's .

It has emphasised key points to take into account when lifting items at work and at home.

As an individual who trained as a Manual Handling Instructor many years ago this was a useful update refresher.
