really enjoyed not just the information as it was not just telling you but giving videos to explain.
there is a film of a lady lifting a computer she stretches looking over the table. This is not the best thing to do for anyone,s back. especially a manual handling film
Common sense dictates most of this anyway as well as basic education. I appreciate the need to aim at all levels but I'm an adult and not 4 years old.
I particularly enjoyed the statistics relating to muscular-skeletal and soft tissue structures within the human body and their susceptibility to damage through inconsiderate manual handling.
Easy to use. Relevant questions for test.
The programme was a good reminder on how to use common sense when lifting objects . It also provided me with some added facts and information I didnt know.
This was a good course which was easy to understand and follow. A few of the videos and playable contents did not work but most were of a good standard as was the rest of the information.
I liked the content overall, although it was a bit dry, and it did not show the object being actually lifted from the floor. In one shot it's on the floor, in the next it is in the hands. The user interface is poorly designed, using unfamiliar and inconsistent styles
Very useful information and has taught me useful information for the future.
I found it easy to understand and use. We all need a reminder about manual handling not just for the work environment but for everyday life as well.
