Very clear and concise programme

I found the programme easy to follow and very informative. It was logically structured and pitched at just the right level. I feel I have learned from it and will apply that learning in the workplace and elsewhere.

Easy to understand. The information was invaluable, it covered things I thought I knew but realised i didn't. I will feel much more confident handling deliveries etc.

3/5
The information was very informative

The information was very interesting and a good reminder of how to take greater care of your body when moving any item. It also reminded one to take care away from work and in all tasks we do Especially the LITE key note, it will be very good to remember this. All round a very good programme.

5/5
The information given was clear

The course was easy to follow, information was given in a clear, easy to understand and concise fashion. The fact that you could go back and refresh your memory was good too

5/5
Clear and easy to use

A clear and easy to use package that took me through what I needed to know step by step. The animations of the spine and the 'real people' demonstrations were a particularly nice feature (I found myself straightening up when it talked about posture!).

5/5
Good Course well worth taking.

A very clear description on the do's and do not's of manual handling. The use of video and diagrams to illustrate the points was useful and could save a lot of injuries.
