Informative and well presented.

Liked the addition of people with actual injuries discussing how it had affected them, and the section showing the actual composition of the back . Also the interactive section where the trainee has to identify the hazards was very good - makes the trainee think more seriously about their surroundings.

I like the videos that the man has done, it's better to understand what he is tell you. I liked the lay out of the website/ questions.

It was a good review of important training that can be so tedious after so many iterations with numerous employers, tackled with some creativity, it would be good if a pre-training test (non-repeatable) was included to assess prior learning retention and then focusing on refreshing errors and new knowledge or techniques etc that have emerged in last 5 years !

I though it was very well made, simple to understand and informative. Before working at Rift I worked in a supermarket for 4 years and I regularly did training on manual lifting but in spite of this I felt I learnt a lot from this today. The only aspect I would improve is that some of the questions at the end weren't worded simple enough.
