I was very impressed by the presenter. He was clear and not at all annoying, which is difficult to achive in this type of video.
The training video is simple, clear and easy to understand.
The course drew attention to the risks of manual handling which most people wouldn't stop to think about. I think the video clips showing correct lifting are quite helpful, rather than just reading a list of dos and don'ts.
I found the training programme very efficient and helpful.

it's good sometimes we take for granted we move ,pick up things with out thinking that's why these courses are so good without them accidents would be far worse
